Michael Martin is on staff at the Tennessee Small Business Development Center where she supports small business clients with training curriculum that helps owners achieve business results. In addition, Michael has her own small business in training and management consulting. Integrating her learnings from W. Edwards Deming, the Disney Institute, Stephen Covey, Peter Block, Joel Barker, Chip Bell, Qualtec Quality Services and the Center for Creative Leadership, Michael creates training solutions and facilitates sessions in management skills, process management and team building. She has published articles in the Business Journal of Tri-Cities Tennessee/Virginia. Clients include: Morris Service Group, Tennessee Department of Education, the Center for Employee Development and First Union National Bank (now Wachovia).
