Congratulations to the alumni who attended the May 1-2, 2012 public offering of LEAN for Service & Healthcare training. Noah Roark, Director of Human Resources with Laughlin Memorial Hospital, said he would tell others considering this class that it is “very worth their time and their company will realize a great return on the financial investment in the course.” Mark Compton, CFO with Laughlin Memorial Hospital, said “well presented class and gives a good introduction to LEAN concept and is well supported by the Pal’s example.” Kathy Richards, Business Coach with AdviCoach, said that “this class has immediate impact. You can start to eliminate frustration and service snags the day after the class.” Jordan Kennedy, Regional Manager with A&W Food Services of Canada located in Vancouver, BC, said the class is “extremely worth the time investment.” The attendees were Darcy Barish, Jeremy Banning, Jordan Kennedy, Kathy Richards, Jeff Sharland, Chuck Whitfield, Mark Compton, Noah Roark, Brenda Cannon, and Chris Hobbs.
