Congratulations to the June 2011 Alumni of LEAN for Service & Healthcare. The alumni include Jon Moorhead and Darren Amspaugh (Legend Valley Pizza), Keith Herman (Tom Wahl’s Restaurants), and Elaine Arnold (Wellmont CVA Heart Institute). These alumni learned about using LEAN principles to identify and remove waste from their operations, and developed a plan of action to apply to their organizations.
